I thought for sure that Cooper was our beloved “Baccha,” who graced the Roudon-Smith Winery during the ’70s. She was with us for 12 wonderful years.

Wow, that is exciting news. Congratulations guys.
I’ve had several interesting Pinots and Chardonnays from that vineyard in the past; the fruit has structure that repays cellaring. I look forward to trying your wines in the future.

Can’t imagine having to unscrew your bottles -probably would be an affront to the wine itself.
